Kickboxing
We offer in-person and remote 60 minute kickboxing sessions that target a full-body workout. These sessions include beginner technique, intermediate and advanced.
Strength Training
Our strength & conditioning training is now combined with our HIIT kickboxing sessions and provide a series of workouts to target toning and strengthening technique.
Nutrition
We believe in providing meal-planning and nutrition that contributes to a lifestyle change. In our programs we discuss macronutrients, tracking, and selecting foods that best target your desired body composition.
Accountability
We won’t leave you hanging! Our coaches keep you accountable to your nutrition and workout goals. The accountability team will remain in constant contact with you to walk you through your health & fitness journey.
